Mr. Daniel ?Danny? F. Price, died, Thursday, March 11, 2004, at his residence. Funeral Services will be held 2PM Sunday, March 14, 2004 at George Funeral Homes, Southside Chapel, 3175 Whiskey Rd., Aiken, SC. Visitation will be held Saturday evening 6-8PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Southlawn Cemetery. Mr. Price was born in Albemarle, VA, but lived in New Ellenton most of his life. He was the son of Nelson Daniel and Dora Marie Price. He was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church. Danny was a member of the Masonic Lodge, VFW, American Legion, 2nd Degree Scottish Rite, Shiners and Eastern Star. Danny served his country in the US Marine Corps and was wounded in Vietnam, for which he received the Purple Heart Medal. Survivors include his father, Nelson D. Price, sisters, Dora Jane McGuire, New Ellenton, SC, Sandra Kay Dubose, Aiken, SC, and nieces and nephews, Julie Campbell, Chris Campbell and Heather Wrisley.
