Dear Dean, Leslie, Kristen and family,
What sad and shocking news to hear that Gail has passed away. The Miller’s and Stoppel’s were blessed to have our treasured friendships. To be Gail’s friend was to know her kindness, generosity, and loyalty to each of you and the rest of us who came in contact with her buoyant personality.
There were so many times that Martha, George and Fred welcomed the help, understanding and comfort that she gave during Betty’s shortened lifetime. The two forged close bonds in an intensely personal and private manner. Betty had no closer friend than Gail. What a selfless friend. An enduring friend. A caring friend. A loyal friend.
We are saddened by her passing but pleased that she shared a corner of her life with us. Martha and George join us in expressing our deepest sympathy to you and all the family

Dear Uncle Dean, Kristen, Leslie and families,
What a wonderful description of Aunt Gail's life "a beautiful spirit, wonderful sense of humor and found sacred in the secular", very fitting. I'm proud to have called her "Aunt" and will miss those warm hugs she gave. Our prayers are with you, and as Aunt Gail always closed her notes, "Much Love".
