Yesterday was Christmas. There is always s void there a wonderful person missing from our family get togethers. For me; there will always be a void in my life. I carry you in the deepest part of my heart. Where you will stay with me all the days of my life. Momma, you are the best part of my. I miss you s much! I call out for you. I ask God to bring you to me like He did before. Mom, I'm not doing so well and I'm scared, lonely and my heart hurts often. I have the same selfless kindness you have. Now I understand. Be good to people with no expectations. Expectations only bring heartache. My hear aches so much; I cant bear it at times. You never told us life would be easy. Turns out its very hard. We try and make it in this old world and there are times I just want to give up. It's you within me that's helped me make it this far. I'm getting deeper and deeper in depression. I'm trying not to let it break me but with my depression, mental issues and the things of this world feels like I'm being kicked while I'm down. I need you to help me wake my inner Gloria Jean. I need your fighting spirit. I'm dead but I still live and breathe. I want to have some kind of life before I die. I'm afraid i won't. I'm not sure. I pray God will help me out of this and help me to become a better person. I have always loved you and always will.

Samm and Tasha... I know you are going to miss your Mother, as we all will. We tried to help one another and that is the way life should be. Victoria, your grandmother was so proud of you. Our memories are all we have left now and we will truly miss you, Gloria. We have to put our faith and trust in God for He knows best. This day was predestined before time began. Keep in touch with us, Samm and Tasha. God be with you in your sorrow.

Samm, Tasha, Victoria,
I once read a little quiz in a magazine that asked for a woman's name that you knew, the first name that came to mind was "Gloria". At the end of the quiz it said that the woman you named should be your best friend. I always felt that she was the best friend I had. I am quite a loner as you know, but any time there was somewhere I wanted to go with a friend I would call Gloria. I loved her like a sister and I love all of you. I will miss her very much. I'll always be here if you need me.
Love, Cindy

Tasha and Samm,
My heart and my prayers go out to you. I love you both. Ma Gloria was so much more than a friend. She was my second Mom. She opened her heart and her home to me at a time when I needed a place to go. She put up with me every weekend. She gave her love and her friendship unselfishly and unconditionally, not just to me but to everyone she met. I have been blessed by knowing her and my life made richer. I will miss her and cherish my memories forever. Love Julie

Momma,
There are no words to describe what you mean to me. You are the best mother a daughter could ask for! I will miss you so much and I will love you forever. I feel very lucky to have had you and your influence as a mother and best friend in my life. I could talk to you about anything and I think I will miss that the most. Mom you are a light in my life that death can't even burn out. You will forever be loved and remembered by you friends and family. We all love ya, Momma. I will see you when God calls me home.

Are you telling me that you've never seen an angel?
Never felt the presence of one standing by?
No robe of white
No halo in site
Well you missed the most obvious thing
Man, are you blind?
Just look in your mothers eyes

I worked with your mother several years ago before moving to Florida. She was a very kind and sweet person and never had anything negative to say about anyone and would always try to help you in any way she could. She may be gone, but will never be forgotten. Always remember the good times and know she is waiting for you in heaven. May God bless and comfort you during this time.

I know you knew we loved you and love your girls. You were my cousin, my friend and more of a sister than words can expess. Thank you for all the great times we shared, laughing, talking, or just sitting and reading. The time we laughed until we almost cried at the dog races is just one of the memories. I hope you knew just how much you were loved by so many.
Tasha, Samm and family thank you for sharing your special Mom with not only my family but with so many others. She touched all our lives with love and kindness.

Dearest Tasha and Samm,
I would like to express my sincere condolences on the recent passing of your mother. Even though I had not seen her in years the memory of her kindness and compassion will always be remembered. While her time here on earth may have been short, it wasnâ??t by no means short lived. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, co-worker and will be very much missed by us all. Please send my deepest sympathies to the rest of your family.

Gloria will always be remembered by me because she befriended my son Andrew when they worked together. When he was seriously injured in an accident she made regular visits to the hospital to visit him and continued when he returned home. This meant a lot to him and to our family. She was a very nice lady and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Dear Gloria:
although your time on earth was short, I shall never forget the infectious smile that seemed to always adorn your face. I am envious of you because you now have the smile on your face that I so look forward to having on the day that I see Jesus face to face. Know that your ever present smile and kind words will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace and harmony for I shall see you at a later date.
