Mr. Francis Joseph Ley, 78, of Melbourne, FL, died Tuesday, July 30, 2002, at Aiken Regional Medical Centers, Aiken, SC. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 2, 2002 in Florida. Mr. Ley is survived by his wife Betty Ley, Melbourne, FL; sons, Phillip Ley, Wilmington, NC, and Kent Ley, Sarasota, FL; daughters, Beth Allen, Boca Raton, FL and Kitty Vardell, Sarasota, FL; sister, Dorothy Dyer, Graniteville, SC; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
