Funeral services for Mrs., Kristi Shaw Williams are tentatively set to be held Tuesday, January 11, 2005 at 2pm, at Corinth Baptist Church in New Ellenton. Pallbearers will be: Larry Germany, Mike Smith, Michael Lowry, Casey Widener, Kenneth Robbins & Carlton Anderson, Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The visitation will be Monday evening from 7-9pm at George Funeral Homes Southside Chapel, 3175 Whiskey Rd. Aiken, SC.

Mrs. Williams, 43, of New Ellenton, died Saturday at University Hospital in Augusta. A daughter of John Wesley and the late Darlene Stickney Shaw, she was born at the Jacksonville FL Naval Base and had lived most of her life in Augusta, before moving to Aiken County in 1996. She was a 1979 graduate of Glen Hills High School. Kristi had been employed by EZ-GO in Augusta for over twenty years. She worked as an assembler and was a leader for her co-workers as she was devoted to her company and loved what she did.
She is survived by her husband, William F. ?Bill? Williams, a son; Matthew W. Shaw, New Ellenton, a daughter; Jordan A. Jones, New Ellenton, her father; John Wesley Shaw, Cedartown, GA, a sister; Vicky S. Harris, Germany and two brothers; John D. Shaw, Augusta, GA and Eric T. Shaw, Okalahoma City, OK.
