Funeral services for Donald R. Gray will be held Thursday December 9, 2004 at 3pm at George Funeral Homes Historic Downtown Chapel 211 Park Ave. SW Aiken with Rev. Brad Willis officiating. Pallbearers will be: Ronnie Maxwell, Travis Moyer, Ted Groomes and Breck Klein. Visitation will be from 2pm until the time of the service. Interment will follow at Aiken Memorial Gardens, Aiken. Memorial donations may be directed to the American Lung Association, the American Cancer Society or the Aiken County ASPCA. Mr. Gray, 65, of Aiken, died December 7, 2004 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. He was born in Houston Texas and had lived in Aiken since 1975. He served as a Deputy Sheriff for the Aiken County Sheriff?s Department 1975 ? 1978 and then became a self-employed insurance adjuster. He enjoyed camping, fishing & hunting. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Andre? Holley Gray, Aiken; a daughter, Penny Kay Ricky Holcomb, Cedar Creek, TX a son; Royce Gray, Texas and five grandchildren.
