Funeral services for Mr. Lawrence Edward Stout will be private. Mr. Stout, 80, of Aiken, died Monday, November 30, 2009 at his residence. Born in Kingston, TN, he was the son of the late Roy Stout and the late Minerva Simpson Stout. He was an auto mechanic who had worked in various area shops. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a daughter, Janice Fay Stout who died in 2006. He is survived by his wife, Lela Carr Stout, Aiken and two sons, David Stout, Aiken and Robert Stout of Spring, TX.
