Memorial Services for Mrs. Barbara Schorling Morrison will be held on Friday, November 25, 2005 at 11am at George Funeral Homes, Historic Downtown Chapel, 211 Park Avenue, SW with Rev. Martha Ebel officiating. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be directed to the National Kidney Association, 500 Taylor Street, Columbia, SC 29201, or Council on Aging/ Meals on Wheels, PO Box 3156, Aiken, SC 29802. Mrs. Morrison, 75, of Aiken, died Monday, November 21, 2005 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. She was born in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ to the late Leslie and Geraldine Dikeman Schorling. She was a retired medical records clerk at Mercy Hospital in New Orleans, LA. An avid swimmer, Mrs. Morrison was a member of AARP and The Kidney Association. She was also a Meals on Wheels volunteer. Mrs. Morrison is predeceased by her husband, James K. Morrison; and brother, Jack Schorling. She is survived by her daughters, Donna Brian Bogardus, Aiken, Sandy Paul Tomlins, Palm City, FL, sons, Jim Linda Morrison, Kingwood, TX, Steve Morrison, Monahan, TX, and ScottBeth Morrison, Snohomish, WA, and granddaughter Jennifer Morrison.
