Where do I begin? It all started with a story. I thought I was just volunteering to read to Mike; to comfort him through this illness. However, I was on the brink of so much more... a friendship. I realized that I was the one in need. Mike has taught me how to have faith and courage. He has taught me how to love life regardless to life's circumstances. Through God's sovereign plan, I have been so blessed to share time with one of God's direct reflection of love...Mikey. I will always be thankful to God for allowing me to meet Mike,Terry and their wonderful family. I will continue to CELEBRATE Mike's life. That's the way he would want it.
