Robert "Bob" Olcott, 86, of Aiken, died Sunday, November 18, 2012, at Aiken Regional Medical Centers, following an illness. Services will be private and are under the care of GEORGE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTER, Aiken. Born in Mishawaka, Indiana, he was a son of the late Harold & Katherine Reinholtz Olcott. An Aiken resident for the 60 years, he retired from E.I. DuPont as an Engineer Supervisor. He was a member of Grace Church of Aiken where he was very active. Bob was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Jane Olcott of the home; daughters, Julie Gibson of Lexington and Laura Poole Jim of Colorado Springs, Colorado; a sister, Eloise Miller Calvin of Sebring, Florida and a grandson, Christopher Poole of Tucson, Arizona.
