Margaret D. "Margie" Brown, 78, of Aiken, SC, formerly of Weston, WV, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 in University Hospital following a brief illness. She was born in Clarksburg, WV on November 27, 1936, daughter of the late James Dolan and Mildred (Bush) Dolan. On April 27, 1965, she married Larry D. Brown, who survives. Mrs. Brown was co-owner of Weston Transfer and Jack Septic Service of Weston, WV for many years. She was a graduate of St Mary's High School of Clarksburg, WV with the "class of 1954." Margie also was a graduate of Morgantown Beauty School and attended Glenville and Salem Colleges. Mrs. Brown was a member of St Patrick Catholic Church of Weston, WV. She was active in local church, community and civic projects. A graveside service will be conducted in the Weston Masonic Cemetery of Weston, WV on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend J. Stephen Vallelonga as celebrant. Interment will follow in the family plot of the cemetery under the direction of Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home of Weston, WV.
