Jackson, SC-Funeral services for Mr. Franklin Ray ?Frank? Murphy will be private. Mr. Murphy, 42, of Jackson, SC, died Sunday, morning, May 8, 2005 at St. Joseph Hospital, Hospice Unit, Augusta, GA. Born in Mishawaka, IN, a son of the late Raymond Brock and Barbara Juanita Hickey Murphy, he had been a resident of Sylacauga, AL prior to coming to Jackson, SC ten years ago. He was a Steel Fabricator with Macuch Steel in Augusta, GA. Frank worked very hard to educate people on the importance of becoming an organ donor. A son, Franklin Ray Fowler, and daughters, Angela Jacobs, Elizabeth Fowler, and Victoria Fowler, all of Sylacauga, AL; brothers, Charles Kenneth Murphy, Jackson, SC and Paul Kevin Murphy, Virginia Beach, VA; a granddaughter, Emma Jacobs, survive.
