Sara F. Black, age 82, beloved wife of Rans D. Black, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015. Born March 21, 1933 in Cherryville, NC, she was a daughter of the late J.M. and Alma Fay Sellers Froneberger. She and Rans married in Charlotte, NC. They lived in California, Florida and Georgia before retiring in their dream spot, Aiken, SC. Sara enjoyed life, family, friends, laughter and excelled at unconditional love. Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Rans D. Black; two daughters, Cindy Estep (Mark), Bucks County, PA and Susan Kerr, Huntsville, AL; a son, Rans D. Black, III (Missy), Brandon, MS; seven grandchildren, Cassandra, Caitlyn, Caylee, Lindsey, Brooke, Simone, and Peyton; and three great-grandchildren, Hannah, Madison, and Lawson. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Black was preceded in death by four brothers and a sister. A memorial service will be held at 3 PM Sunday, May 24, 2015 in the George Funeral Chapel. The Rev.
