Memorial services for Miss Shari Lynn Caldon affectionately known as ?Aunt Wee Wee? will be held on Friday, November 16, 2007at 2pm at George Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 211 Park Avenue, SW with Rev. Mike Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in Aiken Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6-8pm at the funeral home. Miss Caldon, 45, died Saturday, November 10, 2007 at her residence. Born in Neenah, WI on November 25, 1961, she was the daughter of the late William and Nina Caldon, Sr. She moved to Aiken in 1968 and graduated from Aiken High School in 1980. She worked for Carolina Musculoskeletal Institute for more than seventeen years. Shari was an avid cat lover, rescuing many cats and kittens and had a genuine heart for animals. She had a special bond with her brother, Bob, as they shared the same birthday exactly a year apart. Shari will be sadly missed by all those who knew here including her beloved dog, Shelby, and her cats. She is survived by her loving stepmother, Joan Caldon, two sisters, Sandy Jeff Stewart, Suanne Bruce Sheppard, both from Aiken, three brothers, Bruce Sheila Caldon, Bob Tonya Caldon, both of Aiken, Bill Darlyn Caldon, Jr., of Columbia, SC, stepbrother, Tracy Amy Dahl, Weston, CO, stepsister, Debby Dahl, Wartrace, TN, nieces and nephews, Stacy Sheppard, Becky Sheppard, Stephen Stewart, Sarah Caldon, Philip Caldon, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
