AIKEN, SC - Jacqueline Ann "Jackie" Sieczkowski, age 80, entered into rest on Tuesday, February 7, 2017. Jackie was born July 30, 1936 in Gary, Indiana to the late Joseph and Josephine Janus. She was a very active and involved communicant of St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church. Jackie will be remembered as a loving mom and grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mieczyslaw A. Sieczkowski ; a son, Michael Sieczkowski; a daughter, Kathy Bijas; and a brother Joseph Janus. She is survived by a daughter, Ann Young (Chris), of Aiken, SC two grandchildren, Brian Young, Columbia, SC and Emily Young,, Charleston, SC; a special friend, Laura Jarvi, Aiken; and a god child, Sherry Johnson, Aiken. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 11:00 on Saturday, February 11, 2017 in the George Funeral Chapel with Deacon Bob Pierce as celebrant. Interment will be private in Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 Saturday at the funeral home.
