Mrs. Clara B. Sale, 87, of Aiken, SC, died Wednesday, morning, February 1, 2006 at her home. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 4, 2006 at 10:30 AM at George Funeral Home, Historic Downtown Chapel, 211 Park Ave., SW, Aiken, SC, with Rev. Dr. David B. Cozad officiating. Mrs. Sale, a native of Louisville, KY, graduated from Louisville Girls High School and Bryan-Stratton Business College. Survivors include a son, Allen M. Sale, Jr, Jane Hazlewood Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Jason A. Sale, Woodstock, GA and Robin E. Gray, Richard Peachtree City, GA; and great-grandchildren, Ginni and Shelby Gray. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-three years, Allen M. Sale. The family has requested that memorials be made to the American Heart Association, 1003 Hammond Rd., Aiken, SC 29803.
