Funeral Services for Mr. David Carl Allen will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2007 at 2pm at George Funeral Home & Cremation 211 Park Ave. SW in Aiken with Revs. Richard Swift and Phillip Lee officiating. Interment will follow at Aiken Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Adam Chapman, Michael Garvin, Josh Scott, Billy Chapman, Taylor Melcher and Scotty Voigt. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6-8pm. Memorial donations may be directed to Cedar Creek Church 3001 Banks Mill Rd. Aiken, SC 29803. David, 19, of Aiken, died Monday, February 5, 2007 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. A son of Tim Allen and the late Dawn Denise Bush Allen, he was born in Augusta, GA and had lived in Aiken for the past five years. He was a member of Cedar Creek Church. David is survived by a brother, Dustin Shane Webster, Aiken; his maternal grandmother, Charlotte Bush, Aiken; his aunt, Renee Scott Voigt, Aiken; two cousins, Dawn Sarka, Aiken and Lathyn Voigt, Aiken; his paternal grandmother, Geraldine Allen, Charleston, SC, several other aunts, uncles and cousins and his father, Tim Allen, New Ellenton, SC.
