Mr. Stefanski, 95, of Aiken, died Saturday, January 9, 2010 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. Born in Berlin, Germany he was the son of the late Stanislaus and Anna Klodrinska Stefanska. He immigrated to the United States in 1950. He served in the Polish Army. He moved to Aiken in 2003 from Park Ridge, NJ. He was a retired cabinet maker from Wood Art and was a member of the New Jersey Carpenters union. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Margarete Kiesselbach Stefanski, four brothers, and one sister. He is survived by his son, Karl Eleanor Stefanski, Aiken; grandson, Donald Stefanski, Houston, TX; great grandchildren, Michelle Stefanski, Nicole Stefanski, both of Houston, TX; niece, Barbara Swobodzinska, nephew, Piotr Lemanski, both of Poland.
