Christine and Patricia,
The Price of Love
Grief never ends, But it changes.
It?s a passage, Not a place to stay.
The sense of loss Must give way,
If we?re to value The life that was lived.
Grief is not a sign of weakness,
Nor a lack of faith, It is the price of love.
We loved Aunt Margaret and will miss her greatly.
Heartfelt sympathy to you both.

During the two years I lived with my grandparents, during second and third grade in elementary school, Margaret was the sibling of my grandfather Joe who stopped by to visit him the most often. She was always both interested and interesting, and had a kind of spirit about her unique among all the family members. I will always remember her smile, her distinctive voice and mannerisms, and her spunk.
Margaret was among the stronger members of the family, I think. She carried a lot of weights with dignity and little complaint and never seemed to let people down. In my grandfather Joe\'s final years, she was still the one who came to see him the most often. I think they shared a kind of bond that nobody else will ever truly understand.
She led a good life and lived it well. She set a good example. I will remember her fondly.

Dear Patty and Tina,
I affectionately rememebr Margaret in the last 10 or more years. I used to call her often when the boys we\'re young. The 3 of us visited her. She was grateful for the company and we we\'re also grateful. Jim often played the violin for her. She always offered us food and would send home something for us to eat later on. Nikk and Jim both hugged her- Nikk had the most hugs for her, he was 4 years younger than Jim. Everyone felt at ease when they we\'re around her.
She was very loyal to her family. She visted her brothers and sisters in Jenners as often as she could. She touched me with her kindness. I will forever remember her with warm thoughts. I still have the clump of yarrow, she shared with me. Larry, Jim, Nikk, and I extend our deepest sympathy.
Love,
Reba

Dear Tina & Patty,
Heart felt sorrow for the death of Margaret. Be- mother, aunt, great aunt or friend, we each loved her differently and she will be missed.
A Bright New World
We feel so sad when those we love
Are touched by deaths dark hand,
But it would ease our sorrow
If we could but understand
That death is just a gateway
That all men must pass through
And on the other side of death,
In a world that\'s bright and new,
Our loved ones wait to welcome us
To that land free from tears
Where joy becomes eternal
And time is not counted by years.

Dear Chris,
I was saddened to hear of your mother\'s death. I know she had not been in good health lately but it is always a shock. I remember fondly our trip to Hungary and what a good sport she was when things got difficult! I\'m sure she treasured those memories. It is always hard to lose a mother so please feel free to contact me to talk over old times. It does help.
My thoughts and prayers are with you,
Susan
