Memorial services for Mrs. Charlotte V. "Sally" Prince will be held at 12pm on Friday, August 3, 2007 at St. Paul United Methodist Church, New Ellenton with Rev. Brian Gilmer officiating. The family will receive friends after the service in the Family Life Center at the church. George Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 211 Park Avenue, SW, Aiken is assisting the family. Another memorial service will be held on Monday, August 6, 2007 at 1pm at Eackles - Spencer & Norton Funeral Home in Harpers Ferry, WV. Mrs. Prince, 62, of Aiken, died Wednesday, August 1, 2007 at Trinity Hospital, Augusta.
Born in Millville, WV, she was the daughter of the late Amos and Catherine Nicewarner Dillow. She moved to Aiken in 2002 from Jefferson County, WV. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church. She worked at The Pentagon for twenty three years in the Executive Support Group for the Department of Air Force. While working at The Pentagon she was awarded an Excellence award by the Secretary of the Air Force. She was an active participant in the Joy Circle at the church and loved to play the piano.
She is survived by her husband, Garnett "Bill" Prince, daughter, Shelly Ann McCauley, Binghamton, NY, stepdaughter, Rebecca Prince Johnston and her husband Ken, Wesley Chapel, FL, stepson, Michael Brandon Prince and his wife Kristen, King of Prussia, PA, sisters, Beulah Lee Dillow, Charles Town, WV, Linda Louise Dillow Moon and her husband Harry, Inwood, WV, long time family friend, Stacey Semago, Binghamton, NY, and three grandchildren.
