Donald M. Day Donald M. Day, 67, of Aiken, died Sunday May 11, 2008 at The Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, GA. Funeral services for Mr. Day will be 11 am Wednesday May 14, 2008 at the Pine Forrest Baptist Church, Langley SC. Interment will follow at Southlawn Cemetery, Aiken. Pallbearers will be Chris Clark, Jerry Hatcher, Aaron Bush, Pete Day, Ricky Seal and Rusty Seal. The Deacons of Pine Forrest Baptist Church will serve as honorary pallbearers. Rev. Ron Doss and Rev. Louie Anderson will officiate. Memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association 520 Gervais Street Suite 300, Columbia SC 29201. George Funeral Home and Cremation Center 211 Park Ave. SW Aiken is assisting the family Mr. Day was born in Aiken, SC a son of the Late Emanuel Cebron and Doris Morgan Day. He was an avid fisherman and a NASCAR sports fan. He was a member of the Pine Forrest Baptist Church and also member of the Masonic Lodge #156 in Aiken. Mr. Day is survived by his wife of forty seven years, Linda Gardner Day, Aiken, five sisters; Betty Day, Aiken, Frances Archie Kennedy, Graniteville, Mary James Clark, Wagener, Ammergena Ken Huber, Jacksonville FL, and Linda Danny Mills, Lady Lake FL, and two brothers; J.C. Sonya Day, Lexington SC, and William Day, Jacksonville FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visit georgefuneralhomes.com and leave a message for the Day family.
