David Sherman Baughman, 77, beloved husband of Dorothy Mae Renew Baughman passed away Friday, November 24, 2023, at his residence following an extended illness.

Sherman was born on September 8, 1946, in New Holland, SC a son of the late David Geddings and Gladys Chaflinch Baughman. He was a retired truck driver and was of the Church of God faith.

Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Teresa Dail of Windsor; 2 sisters, Dianne Grey and Susan Seigler of Aiken; a brother, Randy Baughman of Aiken; grandchildren, Caitlin Dail, Andrew (Katrina) Keller, Justin (Rissa) Keller and Mandy Keller; great-grandchildren, Dillon Thorne, Mason Thorne, Ansley Keller and Kinsley Keller.

In addition to his parents, Sherman was preceded in death by a sister, Sarah Baughman; brothers, Aldridge Baughman & Herman Baughman; a son-in-law, Ralph Dail.

Memorials services will be private.
