When I think of Billl a slow smile creeps across my face. His earthly journey was one marked with kindness generosity of spirit and love..... love of his family of course and we all know Holy Cross as well. His life is one I admire and hope to emulate. I will meet him again I know. Blessings and peace to Dona and his extended family.
I was a kid when I first met Bill, and I remember the sounds of laughter from bridge games at our house. Boy, they had fun. Bridge never seemed hilarious to me so it was obviously their senses of humor! I love those memories.
In more recent decades I've seen Bill and Dona occasionally when they've visited my nephews Bill, Jon, and Chris in Colorado. I've been so glad to be able to keep a meaningful connection all these years.
My heart goes out to Dona.
Deepest sympathy . I have many found memories of Bill, mostly golf related, dinner related or party related. We shared many good times and I am grateful for that. His faith was an example for all of us.
Sad loss. AT&T employment developed into great friendship with Bill and Dona.
