Obituary of Ella Powell Priest

BATH, SC - Mrs. Ella Powell Fields Priest, 89, beloved wife of the late Frank Fields and A. J. Priest, entered into rest on Friday, November 12, 2021, surrounded by her family.  She was preceded in death by one daughter, Connie Diane Fields Stone, her parents, Lee Roy and Pearl Powell.  She was born in Edgefield County and had lived in Bath, SC, for the last 70 years.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, November 21, 2021, at 3 o’clock at the Midland Valley Community Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Gary Powell officiating.

She was a homemaker and greatly loved her family of children, grandchildren (17), great grandchildren (30), great, great grandchildren, (2), and many nieces and nephews.  Left to cherish her memory are her children and their spouses, Mike and Kathy Fields, Graniteville, SC, Mary Fields Tipton, Bath, SC, Jane and Stan Johnson, Langley, SC, Susie and Lee Edenfield, Gastonia, NC, and Pat and Sheila Fields, Bath, SC.
