I had the pleasure of taking care of Dr. Whitehead while he was at University Hospital
for his respiratory care needs. I am sorry for your recent loss........I enjoyed talking to him, his wife and 2 daughters
and showing you the pictures of my new baby.
I know it is stressful, painful and disheartening to watch a love one deteriorate
as they become sick, but I watched your family endlessly
stay by his side and norture the moments together. Your love for him was seen by me tremendously during his stay.

When Dr. Whitehead started his medical practice in Lake City,I worked for him.
My sympathies are extended to his family.
He was never too tired at the end of the day to make house calls. His patients loved him.
